Tech-o-War is a technical event in which the participants should prepare their project at college level and they have to bring the project to demonstrate. There is only one round and the best is chosen by the judges and the respective prizes are given away. The event is open to all institutions. Students are required either individually or as a team to complete a project of their own choosing relevant to Engineering and Technology. Each individual or team may choose the topic that they would like to focus on.

• The project can be a hardware / software model.

• A maximum of 4 members in a group will be allowed.

• Students should bring ID card of college or certificate from the Head of the Institution for verification.

• Brief Description of the project should be submitted during registration.

• Each group will get 5-10 minutes to present their work of project. The content of the project work should be in the following manner:

o Title of the project

o Objective of the project

o Description of the project

o Outcomes of the project

• For software/coding based projects, group should bring their own PC/ Laptop.

• There is only one round and the best is chosen by the judges and the respective prizes are given away.

• Winner teams will receive certificates.

• Participants should bring all their requirements to execute their project.

• The decision of the judges shall be treated as final and binding.

• The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit Judging: Key Evaluation Criteria would be

o Design

o Efficiency

o Relevance with practical need.

• Video and photographs of project must be submitted by team to respective coordinator before competition on Feb 25, 2023. (Video must be of maximum 3 minutes long).

1 400-/ for individual

2 600/- for Team maximum 4 members.

• Winner – 10000/-

• 1st Runner-up - 5000/-

• 2nd Runner-up - 2500/-
