The Research Club aims to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and PhD students interested in research across disciplines. By participating in the Research Club, students will gain exposure to various aspects of research, build essential skills, and network with peers and faculty. This club will serve as a platform for students to explore their research interests, receive mentorship, and engage in activities that build their academic and professional profiles.
Club Coordinator: A faculty member to guide and mentor club activities.
Student Leaders: Elected positions (President, Secretary, Treasurer) to manage the club’s operations.
Committees: Sub-committees may be formed for specific activities (workshops, events, publications).
Meeting and Participation: Regular meetings (monthly) and additional sessions for specific events. Members are encouraged to attend at least 70% of scheduled meetings and activities to maintain active status.
Code of Conduct: Members should exhibit professionalism and respect toward peers, faculty, and invited guests.
All research activities and discussions must adhere to the university’s code of ethics and research integrity guidelines.
Financial Contribution:
Documentation: Minutes of meetings, activity reports, and feedback will be maintained for reference and improvement. Annual reports on club achievements and member contributions will be presented to the university’s Research and Development cell.
