Admission to all academic programmes is made on the basis of merit which is determined in terms of qualifying examination score / PI / State / National Level Entrance Tests / Jagan Nath University entrance examination (JUEE).

The admission to various programmes of different faculties of the University is primary based on the eligibility criteria as laid down by the various Statutory / Regulatory bodies from time to time The faculty wise details are given in Annexure-XII.

The weightages are given as under:

  1. Academic Record : 50%
  2. Entrance Test : 25%
  3. PI : 25%

2. Whether the University is admitting students from national level entrance test or state level entrance test? If yes, please provide following details: - Yes, the University considered various national / state level entrance examination score e.g; JEE, CAT, MAT, CMAT, CLAT,LSAT, CUET(UG),CUET(PG), JET,ICAR,PTET, JRF for Admission in to various UG, PG and Ph.D programmes of the University. The admissions in B.Sc.(Hons.)-Agriculture and B.Ed are taken exclusively and 100% through JET/ICAR and Pre Teacher Education Test(PTET)
3. Whether admission procedure is available on the University website and in the prospectus Yes, the admission procedure is available on the University website. It is also given in the prospectus of the University for the information of all the stack holders.

If yes, please provide details in the following format: - Yes, the University is Strictly following the norms of the State Government of Rajasthan and Central Government for reservation / relaxation in Admission. 7. What is the admission policy of the University with regard to NRI and overseas students?

All admissions are made strictly as per rules and regulations of the University and in keeping with the policy guidelines of the University Grant Commission (UGC) and other Statutory / Regulatory bodies.

Overseas / NRI students have to compete for admission in the desired programme of study along with others, eligibility conditions being the same for all. Further, they have to complete all the formalities as desired by Government of India e.g: passport validation, visa etc.
