Treatment of Residential Grey Water for Recycling

Abstract:

This study is aimed to evaluate the characteristics of grey water in “Manglam City” Sirsi Road, Jaipur. The grey water was collected from different locations in the campus. The grey water sources included kitchen water, laundry water, bath water; wash basin water and composite water i.e. mixture of all kitchen, laundry, bath and wash basin water.

Looking at the depleting ground water table, there is no option left but to find out the other sources of water. Waste water reuse can find out the solution in this global problem.
